CLIENT BRIEF
The goal for this design was to create something with a nod to the classic traditions of hat making, but with a slight edge that would warrant a double take. Austin had two main requirements, "I want an eye for mystique, and a hat representing my trade."

THE SOLUTION

The challenge Layed in creating the look of the eye and connecting the eye to the product while adding a suitable font to compliment the illustrations. I ended up created four different eyes and hats in varying styles. Only one made the cut.

THE RESULT

The main goals were to create a logo that was clean, with an element of mystique, hints of vintage tattoo edge, with a modern approach. Out of the range of logos I presented, this one called the "western eye" won.
